How do I find out the price and delivery time?
To choose the best way to receive your order in your city, simply add any product to your shopping cart and enter your zip code. The website will tell you the price and delivery time for the Post Office and our shipping companies!
We offer shipping by Post Office or a variety of shipping companies depending on the region.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
As soon as payment is made, our team begins the order processing process! We have up to four (4) business days after payment confirmation to ship your order.
How do I access my tracking code?
As soon as we generate the postal and shipping label and close your package, an email is automatically sent to you with the tracking code.
For PAC and SEDEX - Please wait until the end of the day to begin tracking, as the post office only updates the status of collected orders after 6:00 p.m.
For National PAC, National SEDEX, and carriers - These methods typically offer the best prices for shipments to regions beyond southern Brazil. This is because the tracking code only begins to be calculated upon arrival at the São Paulo hub. However, the tracking code will also be available after the package arrives at the hub. This takes 2 to 3 business days. Therefore, it may take this long for tracking to become active.
